PKC
2003 is the sixth conference in the international workshop series on
practice and theory in Public Key Cryptography. It will be hosted by
the USA in Miami, Florida, from Monday 6th January till
Wednesday
8th January 2003, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
PKC is the major
international conference on public key cryptography. It is held once
a year and is organized in co-operation with the International Association
for Cryptologic Research (IACR). The IACR is also responsible for the
Crypto, Eurocrypt and Asiacrypt conferences, which are also organized
annually. Many of the famous results in cryptography and security are
presented and published at the IACR conferences. These conferences draw
people from Industry, Universities, Banks and Governments, all working
in security-related areas. Previous conferences were held in France,
Korea, Australia and Japan. For details see: www.ipkc.org
Due to an
increasing
interest in security and public key cryptography, the number of
participants
at PKC has been steadily growing and we expect well over 100 delegates
at Miami, representing countries from all over the world, including
